1. Scope

MamaPapa uses necessary cookies or local storage to provide authentication, tenant routing, language preferences and security. Optional analytics does not load until you explicitly accept it.

2. What May Be Stored

  • Essential web session cookies: HttpOnly access and refresh cookies, plus a non-secret tenant routing hint. Mobile tokens remain in secure device storage.
  • Language, locale, onboarding, and preference state.
  • Security, abuse-prevention, and diagnostics data.
  • Your versioned analytics choice in local storage so it can be respected and changed later.

    • 3. Optional analytics

  • Google Analytics (Google LLC), Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.) and self-hosted Umami at analytics.2run.be may process page URL, referrer, browser/device information, coarse location derived from IP and usage events.
  • These providers load only after analytics opt-in. MamaPapa configures analytics without advertising features or cross-app tracking.
  • Provider retention and international transfers are governed by the applicable data-processing terms, adequacy decision or EU Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

  • Advertising profiles.
  • Cross-app tracking.
  • Selling or sharing data for advertising.

    • 5. Managing and withdrawing consent

    Use the persistent “Cookie settings” button to accept, reject or withdraw analytics consent at any time. Withdrawal stops future analytics loading. You may also clear browser storage; this may sign you out or reset preferences.
